Standing still lets you breathe for a second—but only a second. The second you flinch, everything kicks back in. Enemies are built like tanks, coming at you with SMGs, shields, and tactics that actually make you sweat. You can’t just stand there forever either, because sometimes bullets are already inches away from your face, and if you don’t move, you’re done. There’s no health bar. It’s one hit, and it's over.
